I appreciated how close this hotel was to Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, just a short walk away for beautiful park views, and it made my visits to the bustling Shinjuku area so much easier since it was almost in front of amazing attractions like the Samurai Museum and the vibrant nightlife of Omoide Yokocho, making my city explorations genuinely enjoyable. The small size of the room worked well for my solo adventure style, although it was a bit cramped sometimes.

The location of Hotel Higashi Shinjuku is exceptional, right next to the Higashi Shinjuku metro station, providing easy access to both the Metro Fukutoshin Line and Toei Oedo Line. The room, though compact, was impeccably clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were particularly helpful, assisting me with directions and local attractions.

Perfect location near subway, friendly service!

The hotel’s location is ideal, right next to the Higashi Shinjuku metro station. It made getting around Tokyo so easy. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, perfect for late-night snacks or quick meals. My room was clean, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. I appreciated the daily housekeeping and the fresh towels each day. The staff were friendly and always available to help. However, the room was very small, almost cramped. Managing my luggage was difficult, especially with limited space to open bags. The bathroom was also tight, reminiscent of an airplane restroom. The air conditioning didn't work perfectly on my second day, which made things a bit uncomfortable. The noise from the street could be heard at times, but I eventually got used to it. Although it wasn’t luxurious, the hotel offered good value because of its fantastic location and cleanliness.

This place suits me perfectly with clean, non-smoking rooms, Wi-Fi, and 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me with a local food delivery on my first stay. Always a great experience!
